David Mahoney has spent nearly his entire career advocating for people in family-related legal matters. His work in family law litigation has equipped him in virtually every family law matter under the sun, from divorce and custody litigation to complex property division disputes.
He earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Connecticut, moving on to Boston College Law School to earn his juris doctorate. While attending law school, he served as the articles editor for the Boston College Law Review and participated in the civil litigation clinic at Boston College Law School. It was at the civil litigation clinic that David first practiced family law, and that experience made a deep impression.
After graduating cum laude from law school, he went to work for a mid-sized firm in Boston, where he exclusively practiced family law. Here, his passion for client advocacy and using litigation to help families resolve their disputes became the center of his career.
Now, David is a part of Miller Law Group, P.C., where he continues to pursue his passion for advocacy and problem-solving for his clients under the Family Law Code. When David isn’t in court or negotiating on behalf of his clients, he’s spending time with his family, traveling, running, or reading fiction.
