Inside the Essex County Probate & Family Court
The Essex County Probate and Family Court is located at 36 Federal St., Salem. This court serves all cities and towns in Essex County and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Parking is available at the courthouse, but the court is also easily accessible by regular bus service. The cities and towns that are in the Court's Jurisdiction include Amesbury, Middleton, Salem, Topsfield, along with others.
